The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator to join our operations warehouse team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations, supporting both the operational and administrative functions. In this role, you'll support procurement activities by assisting with equipment purchasing for customer sites, carry out a range of warehouse duties, and provide general administrative support, including document management, ISO-related coordination across departments, and ensuring tasks are completed in line with company policies and deadlines.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of one years' experience using Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience working with purchasing and warehousing.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working within structured processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of ISO, procurement, or logistics would be desirable but not essential.
