HR Administrator
Hours: Part-time considered, minimum of 22.5 hours per week, up to full-time 37.5 hours per week
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a varied and hands on administration role within a small but busy HR team.
Working closely with the HR Manager and Senior HR Coordinators, you will be involved in all aspects of HR administration, including supporting administration for recruitment, training, absence management, employment cases, contractual change and updating policies and procedures.
As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team.
This role would suit a candidate with a minimum of one years’ administration experience in a similar role.
Full training and support will be provided.

- Proven administration experience.
- Experience working in a busy team.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Respect confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently of supervision and be proactive in all areas of the role.

- Willing and able to learn.
This role is subject to a clear standard DBS check being received.
