As the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all Configuration Items, including hardware, software and license assets, throughout their lifecycle across multiple configuration management databases, ensuring these feed correctly into the central Configuration Management System.
The role is accountable for ensuring the delivery of accurate, auditable records that support data integrity across all managed assets. This will include reporting asset information to internal and external customers. They will also assist in developing standard reports and dashboards to support the delivery of services and projects.
Proven experience in asset or configuration management, including lifecycle governance.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle processes (procurement to disposal).
- Solid understanding of software licensing and compliance.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and data integrity.
This role is subject to a clear standard DBS check being received.
