Project Coordinator – Lead Internal Job Title: Project Support and Change Manager Location: Ringwood, Hampshire + Hybrid home working (non-contractual) Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits + Company Profit Share Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join Trusted Technology Partnership as a Project Support and Change Manager, managing a team of Project Coordinators who provide administrative support to projects, and manage standard changes across a diverse portfolio of customer projects. As Project Support and Change Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Project Coordination team, ensuring high-quality administrative support, accurate reporting, effective resource coordination and meticulous record keeping across all projects and changes. Alongside managing the PMO function, you will manage customer standard changes ranging from equipment requests to the implementation of new technical solutions. You will oversee changes from initial request, through scoping to implementation and closure. You will chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring all proposed normal changes are appropriately assessed for impact, risk, resource requirements and commercial viability. Working closely with technical teams, you will ensure changes are delivered successfully whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality. This role is subject to a standard DBS check. Skills and Experience: You will have experience managing an administrative or coordination team, ensuring high standards of accuracy, organisation and customer service. You will have strong administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy. You will be highly organised and detail-focused with excellent prioritisation, planning and time-management skills. You will have experience coordinating customer requests from initial enquiry through to delivery and completion. You will have experience chairing meetings such as Change Advisory Boards (CABs) or similar stakeholder meetings. You will possess commercial awareness, with experience creating quotations. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with customers. You will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Teams.
