Requirements:
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality technical support, resolving a wide range of faults, queries, and incidents in a timely manner.
- Strong customer service focus, with the ability to communicate confidently, professionally, and effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Experience managing and prioritising workloads to meet SLAs, KPIs, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrable experience delivering technical projects efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records, documentation, and task updates within agreed timeframes.
- Experience following and adhering to structured processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality of service delivery.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, including identifying additional issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to respond positively to escalations and adapt to changing priorities and workloads.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality onsite technical support across sites in Wiltshire and Somerset, with additional travel across the South of England.
- Contribute to infrastructure and service improvement projects.
- Act as the first technical escalation point for complex hardware and software issues.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach at all times, especially in challenging or high-pressure situations.
