Responsibilities
In this role, I seek a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer who has a passion for designing technical solutions and delivering first‑class 3rd‑line support.
You will provide outstanding service to our customers and deliver innovation across technical operations.
Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will plan, implement, and document technical solutions.
I need you to assist in the transitions of solutions into live service and provide 3rd‑line support services.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (3rd‑line equivalent).
- Proven ability to implement, configure, test, and maintain technical infrastructure.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise network technologies, including switching, firewalling, routing, and wireless products.
- Committed to continuous learning and actively pursuing vendor certifications.
- Ability to follow and produce detailed technical documentation.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.

Compensation and Benefits
- The salary for this position ranges from
- £40,000
DOE, with a profit share scheme and additional benefits such as 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, private medical insurance, ongoing training, a pension scheme, and hybrid working options.
