This is more than a Registered Manager position. It’s an opportunity to lead the registration, development, and long-term success of a brand-new 3-bed children’s residential home supporting children and young people aged 5-18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
We’re looking for an experienced, passionate, and ambitious Registered Manager who wants to create an Outstanding home from day one; someone who is excited by the opportunity to shape the culture, recruit their own team, influence the environment, and build a service where children genuinely feel safe, valued, and able to thrive.
The home will operate with a small, family-centred ethos, combining therapeutic principles, nurturing relationships, and high-quality care to help every child achieve positive outcomes.
About the Opportunity
The service is being developed by a highly supportive and hands-on Director with a genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people. Extensive preparation has already been completed, including the majority of the SC1 application, policies, procedures, and operational documentation.
