Your role as a SEND Teaching Assistant

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with a range of SEND needs
• Work closely with the class teacher to adapt lessons and resources
• Encourage pupils to build confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Support learning both inside and outside of the classroom
