The Role
- Processing and loading supplier invoices
- Managing invoice approvals internally
- Assisting with monthly payment runs
- Updating and maintaining the cashbook
- Handling supplier queries and general finance enquiries
- Supporting commission statement preparation
- Raising and loading sales invoices
- Assisting with debt collection
- Supporting the sales statement process
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential
- Experience using Sage
- AAT Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively
- Confident personality who can build relationships internally and externally
