Multiple opportunities are available for experienced Business Development Managers across London’s commercial real estate, commercial agency and Design & Build markets. These positions are suited to proactive, commercially driven individuals who are confident picking up the phone, reaching senior decision-makers and turning targeted conversations into qualified meetings and genuine project opportunities.
The role
You will be responsible for identifying and approaching prospective clients, building relationships across the London commercial property market and creating opportunities for senior teams to convert. Responsibilities will include:
- Researching target businesses, projects and decision-makers
- Making consistent, high-quality outbound calls
- Engaging commercial agents, project managers, occupiers and other relevant stakeholders
- Securing qualified meetings for senior directors
- Maintaining and developing relationships across the market
- Managing a structured pipeline and recording activity accurately
- Representing the business professionally at meetings and industry events
Previous experience within at least one of the following London markets is essential:
- Commercial property agency
- Workplace Design & Build
Applications without relevant experience in one of these markets will not be considered. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with senior professionals, comfortable working in a fast-moving and target-led environment, and capable of creating opportunities from scratch.
