Overview
Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation based in Tamworth, is looking for a Videographer & Editor to join their growing in-house creative team. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment, producing videos that make an impact from marketing campaigns and product launches to social media and training content.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years\' experience in videography and editing or a recent graduate with a strong portfolio. You\\\'ll be involved in every stage of production, from storyboarding and filming to editing and final delivery.

What You\\\'ll Do
- Shoot and edit high-quality, engaging video content for marketing, social media, campaigns, and training
- Take ownership of smaller projects while collaborating on larger productions
- Edit and grade footage, add graphics, motion elements, and sound design
- Source and edit imagery to enhance video content
- Support the wider creative team with assets for campaigns
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years\\\' experience in videography and editing, OR a strong portfolio for graduates
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Some experience with lighting, sound, and camera equipment
- Strong understanding of video editing workflows, formats, and encoding
- Creative eye for framing, composition, and storytelling
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work independently or collaboratively
- Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D/motion tools, however, this is not essential
