- Support the wider sales community on all ServiceNow opportunities, providing specialist knowledge, guidance and commercial input.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management opportunities.
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise and public sector organisations.
- Licensing & Implementation Advisory
- Provide ServiceNow licensing advisory to customers and internal sales teams.
- Advise customers on licensing requirements, platform capabilities and potential optimisation opportunities.
- Provide implementation advisory, helping customers understand the requirements, approach, benefits and potential outcomes of ServiceNow programmes.
- Internal Sales Enablement & Brand Awareness
- A key part of the role will be developing awareness and understanding of the ServiceNow proposition across the wider sales organisation. Responsibilities will include:
- Building ServiceNow brand awareness internally across the sales organisation.
- Delivering internal ServiceNow roadshows and presentations to sales teams and management.
- Educating Account Managers and sales teams on ServiceNow capabilities, licensing, implementation and available propositions.

- Experience providing ServiceNow implementation and/or advisory guidance.
- Demonstrable experience identifying, qualifying and progressing ServiceNow opportunities.
- Experience working with pre-sales and technical teams to scope and develop solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of enterprise technology sales.
- Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders and developing value-led propositions.
- Proven ability to build relationships across both existing accounts and net-new customers.
