This luxury management company is looking for a Maintenance Operative to join their team, solving maintenance issues in luxury apartment properties. This will be a full-time permanent position working on a shift pattern which will include weekends. We are looking for somebody smart and presentable, who is approachable and friendly and able to communicate well with residents. What do we look for in our Maintenance Operatives? Experienced in a similar position within the Maintenance industry – ideally having experience working in a luxury residential environment or luxury hotel for example Very smart and presentable Able to work on their own initiative Excellent customer service skills Strong communication skills Able to work under pressure Good English skills are essential for this role Must have good communication skills, H&S awareness as responsible for carrying out fire door checks and minor DIY tasks What will you be doing as a Maintenance Operative: Ensuring that apartments meet health / safety and maintenance standards Handyman tasks Conduct daily maintenance and repair work Coordination of planned maintenance Testing of fire alarms, apartment equipment, minor repairs, and other repair work that does not require a qualified specialist Liaising with contractors Delivering exceptional customer service on a dai…
