We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to work at a luxury residential development within North West London. This is a full time permanent role (Monday-Friday) paying up to £32K per annum. What are we looking for in a Concierge? Experience as a residential concierge is desirable but not essential. We are seeking somebody with great customer service experience, ideally from a residential or hospitality background, but we are open to other areas of experience. Customer service orientated. Resourceful. Can-do attitude. Able to multitask. Good command of English both written and verbal. Able to work independently. Able to deal sensitively and effectively with complaints. Meticulous in your approach to safety, tracking, inspecting, monitoring, auditing, reviewing, recording, and learning. What will you be doing as a Concierge? Provide front of house facilities and services to our residents. Ensure all communal areas and other aspects of the development are presentable to the highest standards. Distribute post and parcels to residents – processing and handling parcels. Effective positive liaison with residents, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
