Trusted Recruiter is proud to be supporting a specialist manufacturer of bespoke seating systems for wheelchair users in their search for a hands-on, skilled Production Technician to join their growing workshop team. This is not volume manufacturing. Every seating system is custom-built for an individual - improving comfort, posture and quality of life. Each product is its own project, taken from brief through to completion.

The Role

You will:

  • Manufacture bespoke seating systems for wheelchair users
  • Interpret briefs, notes, photos and drawings
  • Work across multiple stages of production
  • Adapt positively to change, rework and variation
  • Gradually cross-train across different processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the workshop
