About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and confident Outbound Sales Executive to join our growing recruitment business in the medical and healthcare sector. This is a high-volume telephone-based sales role, where you’ll be speaking directly with Directors, Sales Managers, and Team Leaders to identify hiring needs, discuss recruitment services, and negotiate terms to secure new vacancies.
Your day will revolve around making outbound calls, researching new business opportunities on LinkedIn and job boards, and building lasting relationships with decision-makers across the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients to identify recruitment opportunities
- Research and contact key decision-makers via LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites
- Negotiate terms of business and secure new client relationships
- Build and maintain a database of new and existing contacts
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients
- Overcome objections confidently and close new business deals
- Work towards and exceed agreed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or recruitment business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, persuasive, and resilient attitude
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your own pipeline
- Experience in or knowledge of the medical / healthcare recruitment sector is advantageous but not essential
What’s on Offer
- Base salary: £18,000 per annum (pro rata)
- Commission: 15% of invoice value per placement (average £900 per placement)
