Company We have been in existence for 9 years and are now looking to grow by establishing a new sector and recruitment focus. This requires an independent Recruitment Consultant or someone with a large number of senior connections/contacts who can build on their relationships to establish and generate job vacancies and ongoing recruitment partnerships with the guidance of a Trusted Recruiter. Job Summary Working remotely but with regular catch-ups with the Director face-to-face where possible. You will be responsible for the following: * Establish a new industry/sector with future potential growth * Using previous experience and contacts to set up your own division by generating job vacancies and partnerships with hiring managers * Contacting Hiring managers and Senior Decision makers to find out what vacancies they need support recruiting for and how we can support them long-term * Relaying job details to consultants to fill the positions * Building a database of key contacts, updating and keeping in contact with clients * Working with the Managing Director to grow the division once established. * Taking part in marketing activities such as videos and podcasts * Attending industry events and conferences relevant to the sector Working hours are flexible, you will be self-managed, however, must be able to agree to some personal vacancy targets and future business plans Candidate: * Existing contacts and relationships with key decision-makers or key opinion leaders within your area of expertise (all sectors considered) * Want to earn money with flexibility and work on a commission-only basis, earning up to 50% of what you generate. * Ideally, within 1 hour of Rochester Kent for catch-ups. Package: 40%- 50% Commission. Earnings could be anywhere between £40,000 to £110,000pa or more depending on the industry and how successful you are. Full flexibility on working hours Monday to Friday
