The Opportunity Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or HCPC registered Allied Health Professional with extensive community equipment experience?

Our client is seeking a Community Equipment Clinical Advisor to provide expert clinical leadership across a well-established community equipment service.

This is an opportunity to support prescribers, improve clinical governance and ensure people receive the right equipment at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on community equipment and assistive technology.
  • Support complex and specialist cases.
  • Promote safe, evidence-based prescribing.
  • Work collaboratively with health and social care professionals.
  • Improve equipment pathways and prescribing quality.
  • Lead audits, governance and service improvement.
  • Deliver clinical training and education.
  • Evaluate new products and technologies.
  • Support procurement and catalogue development.
  • Analyse service performance and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You

  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Allied Health Professional.
  • Significant post-registration experience within community equipment or rehabilitation.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment prescribing and assistive technology.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience delivering training and supporting clinicians.
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes.
