Clinical Product Advisor & Trainer – Field Based (UK‑Wide coverage) Yorkshire Based Our client is a leading provider of Adjustable care beds and pressure care mattress solutions, working with healthcare professionals nationwide to safeguard dignity and comfort. Role snapshot As the Clinical Product Advisor & Trainer you’ll visit care homes nationwide, delivering hands‑on training and expert advice on care beds and pressure care mattress solutions. You’ll partner with managers, clinicians and care teams to make sure every resident receives safe, dignified support – and every staff member feels confident using our equipment. What you’ll do * Advise & support – provide clinical guidance on beds, mattresses and pressure ulcer prevention. * Train & upskill – deliver engaging on‑site sessions covering manual handling, pressure area care and best practice. * Assess & demonstrate – tailor product recommendations via resident assessments and live demos. * Gather insight – support evaluations and trials, feeding frontline feedback into product development. * Collaborate – partner with sales and technical teams pre‑ and post‑sale, acting as the clinical point of contact. * Stay current – keep abreast of NICE guidance, regulatory standards and emerging best practice. * Document – record visits, assessments and training in line with company policies, and help create user guides and e‑learning content. * Represent – attend conferences, exhibitions and industry events across the UK. You’ll thrive if you have * Clinical credentials: Registered Nurse (NMC) or Allied Health Professional (OT, Physio) with 2+ years’ experience – ideally in elderly care, rehab or pressure ulcer prevention. * Training talent: Confident presenter able to engage audiences from carers to senior clinicians. * Road‑ready: Full UK driving licence and the autonomy to plan a field‑based diary. Bonus points for previous medical‑device advisory or training experience, knowledge of care‑home environments, or familiarity with pressure‑mapping tech. These are not essential.
