About the Company
Our client is a leading and rapidly growing distributor of care equipment, proudly supplying local authorities, hospitals, schools, and care homes across the UK. Their expanding product range and reputation for excellent service have created the need for a new Product Advisor to join their team.
The Role
As a Product Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting clients and end users with assessments, demonstrations, and product training. Working alongside Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physiotherapists (PTs), you will provide expert guidance on a wide range of products, ensuring the best solutions are delivered for client needs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and product demonstrations
- Delivering training sessions on care equipment
- Preparing quotations and raising invoices
- Managing customer relationships across South-East England & London
Products include:
- Bathing & Hygiene Equipment (e.g. shower chairs, bath hoists, trollies)
- Seating Aids
- Moving & Handling Equipment
- Adjustable Beds & Mattresses
About You
We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for healthcare and mobility solutions. You will ideally have:
- Experience in assessments/demonstrations of healthcare or mobility products
- OR a background in therapy (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, etc.)
- The ability to work independently and use your initiative
- A full UK driving licence
