What you’ll do:
- Build, manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients across Gibraltar and the UK
- Proactively originate new business and bring high-quality clients to the bank
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
- Identify opportunities across lending, deposits, and wider banking solutions
- Structure, write and present credit proposals — from straightforward transactions to complex deals
- Take full ownership of deals from origination through to approval and ongoing management
- Partner closely with Credit, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams
- Maintain a strong understanding of client risk profiles, including credit and AML considerations
- Contribute actively to the team’s growth strategy and market positioning

- Proven experience as a Corporate Relationship Manager with a strong track record of winning and growing clients
- Demonstrated ability to originate business and build a strong professional network
- Solid experience in credit analysis and structuring, including complex transactions
