We’re on a mission to make travel work better for pets, for their people, and for the global community of animal lovers who look after them. Our goal is to grow to 1 million members and make TrustedHousesitters the world’s most‑loved travel solution for pet people.

The Role: We’re hiring a Senior Web & CRO Manager to turn cold audiences into customers through engaging, data‑led web experiences. You’ll work directly in our CMS (Builder.io) and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design and Engineering to launch, test and refine website experiences that drive more new customers to join our platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Experimentation & Conversion Optimisation: Develop and run experiments across website content to drive uplifts in conversion. Own the CRO experimentation roadmap and build a program that delivers measurable impact.
  • Experience Design & Site Optimisation: Shape engaging web experiences that help cold audiences understand and value our proposition. Ensure website performance, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards are maintained.
  • Capture Inbound Marketing Traffic: Partner with marketing channels to build landing pages and entry experiences that match audience intent. Personalise website journeys to maximise resonance.
  • Roadmap Ownership & Prioritisation: Own the marketing website roadmap, collaborating with marketing partners to understand requests and requirements.
  • Data Analysis & Implementation: Do your own analytics, collaborate with the Data team to spec and implement new tracking, and be confident using BI tools like Looker or Tableau.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Web/CRO Proficiency: Significant demonstrable experience working in Website Conversion Rate Optimisation, Growth Marketing or related fields.
  • Technical / CMS Experience: Hands‑on experience with website builders and CMS platforms (Builder.io/Prismic is a plus).
  • Fluent in Experimentation: Run countless experiments before and define testing frameworks that help us scale faster.
  • Data Literate: Strong grasp of relevant analytics concepts and the ability to self‑serve.
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communicator: Translate complex domain‑specific concepts to non‑expert audiences.
  • T‑shaped Marketer: Broad exposure to other areas of marketing for effective collaboration.
  • Commercially Aware: Understand how a business makes money and contribute to growth.
  • Thrive in Ambiguity: Comfortable working in a high‑growth, fast‑moving environment that is constantly evolving.
  • Driven & Curious: Seek ways to improve performance, challenge assumptions and take things to the next level.
  • Bias to Action and Impact: Value shipping fast over polishing endlessly.
  • Constantly Learning: Stay up‑to‑date with recent trends and operate at the forefront of your field consistently.

Bonus if You Have:

  • Experience working in a variety of business environments, particularly within fast paced start/scale‑ups, marketplaces, travel or pets.
  • Proficiency with data exploration tools like Mode, Looker, Amplitude.
  • Enthusiasm for learning SQL and/or prior experience is also a major plus.
  • Experience utilising behavioural science techniques to connect with audiences.
