Reports to: Director of Growth Marketing

We’re looking for a hands‑on Growth Lead to help us accelerate new customer acquisition! You’ll work full funnel with marketing, data and product to create new demand, capture it efficiently, and improve conversion. This role reports directly into our Director of Growth Marketing, placing you at the heart of our growth strategy. We have ambitious growth goals. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy a challenge and a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. You’ll need to be a skilled orchestrator, operating across teams and projects, bringing structure and clarity to shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Channel Partner: Collaborate with channel leads to shape and optimise campaigns up and down the funnel.
  • Budget Stewardship: Oversee short‑term tactical decision making around paid media budget pacing and allocation to more efficiently drive growth.
  • Program Management: Activate teams and create alignment across stakeholders to ship initiatives at pace. You’ll lead on key projects end‑to‑end, keeping communication lines strong as new priorities emerge.
  • Executive Communication: Write clear, concise updates and recommendations for senior stakeholders primarily in document form, occasionally slides.
