About us
Trusted Homecare is an independent, Island based care provider operating from Branstone on the outskirts of Newport. We truly care about the service we deliver, which means we look after our Caregivers, without them we are unable to provide the support we would wish for our loved ones.
Become a Caregiver with Trusted Homecare
We won\’t expect you to be the next Jamie Oliver, but if you can make a good cuppa, you\’ll be the next best thing in our clients books!
We currently have part time positions for those looking to work in the Ryde and surrounding areas. We can provide hours from 16-30 hours per week. We currently have increased demand for those who are able to start from 7am or those who can work evenings.
Our care is built around enabling our clients to live well within their own homes. You may be supporting someone to get up and dressed for the day, helping to tuck them in for the night or enjoying a slice of cake at the garden centre, our visits are focused on what our client\’s would like to do.
We recommend our clients have visits of 45 minutes or longer, we don\’t want you to rush from visit to visit, we hope you\’ll make memories with our clients providing a range of tasks which help them to remain happily within their own homes.
What do we need from you?
Compassion, a sense of humour and the desire to go home at the end of your shift and feel \”I\’ve made a difference today\”.
A driving licence is essential for this role as our clients like to get out and about with their Trusted Caregivers.
Our Caregivers work every other weekend so our clients receive care from familiar faces.
We have a range of working hours available from mornings or evenings, we don\’t need you to work split shifts – unless you choose too!
We will provide all the training you need with a management team who are there for you, whenever you need them!
Working with us
Weekday pay £13.00, Weekend pay £14.00 and bank holidays time and a half!
Travel time and mileage paid so you don\’t go without – we don\’t roll your pay into your hourly rate, you deserve to be paid for your whole shift.
Casual work attire to provide a companionship feel to support provided.
Working every other weekend – as you need time for you too!
