🚀 Role | Systems Project Manager 🎯 Sector | Arts / Research 📍 Based | Central London 💰 Rate | £300–£500 per day ⏳ Contract | 3 months We are supporting a leading organisation with the appointment of an experienced Systems Project Manager to lead a project to replace its existing research repository system. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who has delivered systems replacement, implementation or migration projects, ideally within a research, higher education, arts or cultural environment. 💥 Y ou will… Lead the project to replace the organisation’s existing research repository Review the current system, processes and requirements and establish the future solution Work with research, academic, library, IT and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements Develop and manage the project plan, timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables Support the assessment and selection of the most appropriate system Oversee system configuration, implementation and data migration Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers where required Lead user testing and support the transition to the new system Provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders Ensure the project is delivered within agreed timescales and budget 💥 What we’re looking for… Proven experience working as a Project Manager delivering systems or technology projects Experience of system replacement, implementation or migration projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with multiple internal teams and external suppliers Ideally, experience within higher education, research, arts, cultural or similar organisations An understanding of research systems, repositories or research information systems would be highly beneficial Experience working with non-traditional or practice-based research outputs would be advantageous Able to take ownership of a project and drive delivery within a short timeframe Available to commit to a 3-month assignment
