We have partnered with PureGym, one of the UK’s leading fitness operators, to support the recruitment of passionate and motivated Fitness Coaches. As a Fitness Coach, you will:
- Play a key role in the safe and enjoyable running of the gym
- Deliver an excellent member experience on the gym floor
- Lead group exercise classes and member inductions
- Support members with confidence, motivation and guidance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and equipment upkeep
- Represent an inclusive and welcoming culture at all times
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for fitness, health and wellbeing
- Someone who embraces an inclusive and welcoming approach
- A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
- Confidence engaging with members from all backgrounds
- A positive, professional and approachable attitude
