Role | Systems Project Manager Sector | Arts / Research Contract | 3 months We are supporting a leading organisation with the appointment of an experienced Systems Project Manager to lead a project to replace its existing research repository system. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who has delivered systems replacement, implementation or migration projects, ideally within a research, higher education, arts or cultural environment. Lead the project to replace the organisation’s existing research repository Work with research, academic, library, IT and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements Develop and manage the project plan, timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables Support the assessment and selection of the most appropriate system Oversee system configuration, implementation and data migration Lead user testing and support the transition to the new system Ensure the project is delivered within agreed timescales and budget Proven experience working as a Project Manager delivering systems or technology projects Experience of system replacement, implementation or migration projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Able to take ownership of a project and drive delivery within a short timeframe
