We’re working with a growing Health & Safety provider looking to appoint a Relationship Manager to support and grow client relationships across their portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building long term partnerships, understanding client needs and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The position would suit someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast paced, client focused environment.

The role is fully remote, with occasional travel to client sites and meetings when required.

As a Relationship Manager, you will:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries and ongoing support
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional Health & Safety services
  • Conduct regular client reviews and check ins
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity through the CRM system
  • Support client retention and contribute towards overall business growth
  • Attend client meetings both virtually and face to face where required
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience within Account Management, Relationship Management or Business Development
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working towards targets and commercial objectives
  • Confident managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client meetings when required
  • Experience within Health & Safety, consultancy or service led environments would be beneficial but not essential
