A respected purpose-led organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join its senior leadership team.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the finance function, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial controls, reporting, forecasting, and governance across the organisation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide commercial insight and financial leadership while helping to drive organisational performance and continuous improvement.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and financial reporting
- Provide financial insight and management information to support strategic decisions
- Partner with senior leaders to drive organisational performance and financial planning
- Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance processes
- Oversee finance systems and support ongoing process improvements
- Manage relationships with auditors, suppliers, and external service providers
