We’re working with a well established maritime organisation to find a Learning Operations Manager to support the end to end delivery of their Academy learning programmes. This is a key role responsible for ensuring courses, workshops and professional schemes are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard. You will work closely with internal teams, instructors and learners, playing a central role in maintaining a high quality learning experience.
As a Learning Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead the planning, scheduling and delivery of all courses and learning events
- Oversee logistics, instructor coordination and preparation of course materials
- Manage delivery of professional schemes, endorsements and recognition services
- Maintain and update online courses in collaboration with internal teams
- Act as the main point of contact for learners, managing enrolments, assessments and certification
- Monitor delivery quality, gather feedback and produce reports for senior stakeholders
- Maintain delivery processes, documentation and audit trails
- Support social media scheduling and provide insights to improve engagement
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in training delivery, learning operations or programme coordination
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple delivery cycles
- Experience working with an LMS platform such as Moodle
