What you'll be doing:
- Speaking with inbound leads from our marketing team to qualify and book appointments with advisers
- Generating your own leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Driving activity and hitting weekly and monthly targets
- Staying organised and on top of follow-ups and next steps
- Supporting the team on sales initiatives to help scale the business
What we're looking for:
- Ideally at start of their career with 0–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telesales (but we value hunger and ambition just as much as experience)
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep your pipeline moving
- A true hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and motivated to succeed
