What you’ll be doing:

  • Speaking with inbound leads from our marketing team to qualify and book appointments with advisers
  • Generating your own leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline
  • Driving activity and hitting weekly and monthly targets
  • Staying organised and on top of follow-ups and next steps
  • Supporting the team on sales initiatives to help scale the business

What we’re looking for:

  • Ideally at start of their career with 0–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telesales (but we value hunger and ambition just as much as experience)
  • Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep your pipeline moving
  • A true hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and motivated to succeed
