Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Portsmouth, Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Cardiac Cath Lab procedures under supervision of cardiology team; provide circulating support when assigned.
- Support diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab; assist with EP-related cases when applicable.
- Unit workload typically includes 4-8 Caths per day, with potential to increase as needed; assisting with diagnostic and interventional cases.
- Operate and assist with equipment (balloon pump, Impella, IVUS, iFR/FFR) and participate in TAVR, PFO closures, Watchman, EKO devices, and atherectomy using CSI, RotaPro and laser; perform angiography and balloon/stenting as required.
