You will oversee Security Shift Leaders, Response Officers and control room staff, ensuring safety for patients, staff and visitors and coordinating responses to complex incidents.

You will manage real-time deployments, investigations and handovers, acting independently out-of-hours and upholding professional standards and staff wellbeing.
