Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Professional Services team, delivering enterprise-class infrastructure projects across a range of corporate and operational technology (OT) environments.
The role focuses on the design, deployment, migration and support of Microsoft-based infrastructure and end-user computing solutions as part of larger technical projects. Working alongside our Network, Cloud and Project Management teams, you will deliver high-quality installations whilst ensuring systems are secure, documented and built in accordance with customer and company standards.
This is a project delivery role rather than a service desk position, requiring engineers who are comfortable working independently on customer sites and within large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities & Skills Requirements
Project Delivery
- Deploy Microsoft Windows Server and desktop infrastructure.
- Build, configure and migrate Active Directory environments.
- Install and configure Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM).
- Deploy and support Microsoft Intune where applicable.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services.
- Deploy and migrate Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Configure Windows Firewall policies.
- Install and configure enterprise print management solutions.
- Build, image and deploy Windows desktop and laptop devices.
- Perform server hardware installations and upgrades.
- Configure storage and virtualisation platforms where required.
