Location - Field-based (London & South East), with office and home working as required.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Professional Services team, delivering enterprise-class infrastructure projects across a range of corporate and operational technology (OT) environments.

The role focuses on the design, deployment, migration and support of Microsoft-based infrastructure and end-user computing solutions as part of larger technical projects. Working alongside our Network, Cloud and Project Management teams, you will deliver high-quality installations whilst ensuring systems are secure, documented and built in accordance with customer and company standards.

This is a project delivery role rather than a service desk position, requiring engineers who are comfortable working independently on customer sites and within large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities & Skills Requirements

Project Delivery

  • Deploy Microsoft Windows Server and desktop infrastructure.
  • Build, configure and migrate Active Directory environments.
  • Install and configure Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM).
  • Deploy and support Microsoft Intune where applicable.
  • Configure and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services.
  • Deploy and migrate Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Configure Windows Firewall policies.
  • Install and configure enterprise print management solutions.
  • Build, image and deploy Windows desktop and laptop devices.
  • Perform server hardware installations and upgrades.
  • Configure storage and virtualisation platforms where required.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3–5 years working within enterprise IT environments.
  • Experience working within large corporate networks.
  • Experience with enterprise desktop rollouts.
  • Experience working alongside networking teams.
  • Experience following structured project methodologies.
  • Experience producing technical documentation.
  • Experience working within change-controlled environments.

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
