This is ideally a full-time on-site role for a Lettings/Property Manager based in the Heckmondwike/Birstall area to join our existing lettings team. The role involves managing property lettings, liaising with landlords and tenants, conducting property viewings and inspections, handling tenancy agreements, and ensuring compliance with all property regulations. You will engage in resolving property-related queries, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the lettings business.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of property management and lettings processes
- Excellent communication, numerical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage property maintenance, tenant queries, and service requests efficiently
- Proficiency in administration tasks, including tenancy documentation and compliance requirements
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organisational abilities
- Familiarity with property market trends in West Yorkshire
- Proficiency in property management software and general IT tools is a plus
- Prior experience working in a similar role and a valid driver's licence is essential
