This is ideally a full-time on-site role for a Lettings/Property Manager based in the Heckmondwike/Birstall area to join our existing lettings team. The role involves:
- Managing property lettings
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Conducting property viewings and inspections
- Handling tenancy agreements
- Ensuring compliance with all property regulations
- Resolving property-related queries
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring the smooth daily operations of the lettings business
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of property management and lettings processes
- Excellent communication, numerical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage property maintenance, tenant queries, and service requests efficiently
- Proficiency in administration tasks, including tenancy documentation and compliance requirements
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organisational abilities
- Familiarity with property market trends in West Yorkshire
