Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000 – £50,000)

Location: Office-based, Newcastle upon Tyne

Trust Red is a well-established Newcastle-based business supplies company and we’re hiring an Internal Sales Executive to grow our existing customer base and convert new enquiries. Because we supply workwear & PPE, office supplies, facilities consumables, print, office furniture and business gifts, our customers come back to us again and again, there’s a genuine cross-sell opportunity on every call.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Looking after a portfolio of existing accounts taking orders, spotting cross-sell opportunities and growing spend.
  • Following up inbound enquiries and warm leads, quoting quickly and closing the deal.
  • Doing some outbound prospecting to win back lapsed customers and open new accounts.
  • Working closely with our field sales team and suppliers to give customers a fast, reliable service.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in business supplies, PPE, print, office products or a similar transactional sector.
  • A confident telephone manner and the ability to build genuine rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable working at pace, our deals tend to be small, fast and high-volume.
  • Organised, accurate with quotes, and competitive about hitting targets.
  • Confident using a CRM to manage your day, we run HubSpot, and every call, email, quote and meeting is expected to be logged so activity and pipeline can be reported in full.

What you’ll get:

  • £25k–£30k basic plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE £40k–£50k).
  • 28 days’ holidays, with an additional 3 days of paid Christmas shutdown on top.
