Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize business-critical services in AWS for reliability, scalability, and security
- Advance internal Platform to support development and deployment of core services
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 and GDPR
- Contribute to architectural design and discovery work
- Identify issues, propose practical solutions, and improve maintainability and performance
- Resolve operational issues with root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident management
- Engage in code reviews and mentor junior/menor colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and apply them consistently
- Design, build, and improve platform functions for internal use
- Key requirements
- AWS services experience (VPC, EC2, ELB, Network Firewall, Cloud Watch, RDS, KMS, IAM, S3, Lambda, Route53)
- Networking knowledge and Linux CLI skills
- Linux System Administration
- Shell Scripting
- Configuration Management
- Ia C tools (Terraform preferred)
- Version Control
- SDLC understanding
- Security knowledge (CIS Benchmarks, AWS Security Hub, OWASP)
- Monitoring and observability tooling experience
- Ability to design solutions in AWS Cloud
- Experience with PCI-DSS, GDPR compliance (ideally PCI-DSS Level 1 audits)
- Python programming and test-driven development
