Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Project Delivery Manager to join their team.

Location: Remote - Dublin; Hybrid - Bromley, Bournemouth

Salary: Competitive + Benefits

How will you make an impact in this role?

You will collaborate with key functions within the IT department to support the delivery of a high-quality service to end users. Working within established service delivery processes and project management methodologies, you will be a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders — building strong relationships, aligning expectations, and supporting the IT team in achieving them to a high standard.

What We Expect of You, Day To Day:

  • Initiating projects and developing Project Initiation Documents
  • Ensuring scope, resources and project governance are clearly defined and in place
  • Developing and managing project plans
  • Ensuring customer business and technical requirements are documented and agreed
  • Collaborating with Development and Test managers to determine delivery dates
  • Facilitating stand-ups and helping to clear blockers
  • Agreeing ticket priorities and contributing to resource allocation
  • Monitoring deliverables and reporting on dates, issues and risks
  • Maintaining and managing project RAID logs to address risks and keep projects on track
  • Maintaining and managing change request logs
  • Providing weekly status reports
  • Developing steering packs for project steering meetings
  • Supporting project and business readiness management
  • Coordinating software rollouts to customer sites and managing deployments to Production
  • Ensuring production testing is complete prior to customer rollout
  • Managing pilots with customers and documenting any resulting changes
