How will you make an impact in this role?
The Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Brand, Communications & Content and will lead the development and implementation of various Trust Payments marketing campaigns, support events, content and communications, and assist with graphic design‑related tasks.
What We Expect of You, Day To Day
- Campaign Execution
- Leading marketing campaigns across key verticals
- Managing all execution including email creation, asset design, and workflows
- Delivering and reporting on campaigns using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns contribute to increased revenue generation
- Event Coordination
- Creating and managing a comprehensive events calendar for Trust Payments
- Coordinating logistics for events and managing all stakeholder liaison
- Supporting the sales team to ensure all events can be tracked and reported on using Salesforce CRM
- Content & Communication Support
- Managing all internal communications needs including a weekly internal bulletin and ad‑hoc announcements
- Supporting operational external communications where needed
- Developing and designing content assets to support campaigns as needed
- Graphic Design Assistance
- Managing and evaluating incoming graphic design requests to determine if these can be completed in‑house or need to be outsourced
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience
- Salesforce/Pardot experience for marketing automation and CRM use
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
- Previous experience developing full marketing campaigns – experience with payments is advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to develop, organise, and maintain process documentation
- Previous experience with event coordination
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Ability to respond effectively in an environment of changing priorities
- Ability to set relevant priorities daily as the job requires
- Commitment to meeting deadlines
- Results‑focused; demonstrated ability to prioritise and achieve results under time pressure
