Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support key Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence.
  • Design and implement Workday CoPilot and Agent workflows, integrating seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and customisations.
  • Execute EIBs and manage mass data uploads with accuracy.
  • Support post-implementation troubleshooting and user adoption.
  • Stay on top of Workday releases, test new features, and ensure system compatibility.
  • Enforce security, compliance, and data privacy standards across all Workday-related operations.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
  • Strong knowledge and practical use of Workday CoPilot and/or AI Agents.
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, calculated fields, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of Workday security and business process frameworks.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
