The Challenge:
You will serve as the primary engineering leader, blending deep technical contribution with strategic management. Your focus will be on building cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions that deliver substantial value to businesses in a heavily regulated market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Architect, develop, and implement our core platform, writing and reviewing complex, optimized code (primarily Python and Node.js).
- Team Management: Mentor, hire, and lead a growing team of high-performing AI engineers and developers.
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap, establish architecture standards, and implement best practices for reliability, security, and performance.
- Product Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Design teams to translate user needs into a robust, scalable technical reality.
- Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in system scalability, automation efficiency, and overall platform excellence.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience and experience as a leader.
- A robust technical skill set, including expertise in Cloud environments and AI/ML technologies.
- Proven success in leadership roles within a startup or scaleup environment, demonstrating the ability to manage growth and technical complexity simultaneously.
- Genuine passion for building impactful products.
