Trust in SODA, part of Trinnovo Group, is hiring for our Recruitment Academy, designed to develop high-potential individuals into successful 360 Recruitment Consultants. Trust in SODA is a global technology recruitment brand, partnering with innovative businesses across Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, Cyber Security and Digital. This is an opportunity to launch your recruitment career in fast-moving tech markets with structured training, hands-on coaching, and clear progression from day one.
This role is based full-time in our London office (5 days per week) and is ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in recruitment and sales.
What you’ll do:
- Learn and deliver the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development to deal close
- Build relationships with clients and candidates across the UK, Europe and international tech markets
- Source and headhunt talent in highly competitive technology sectors
- Manage job adverts, candidate pipelines, and recruitment processes
- Develop market knowledge, sales skills, and commercial confidence through structured academy training and ongoing mentorship
