Location: London (Old Street – 3 days office / 2 WFH)

Working Hours: 10:30am – 8:00pm (aligned to US markets)

Salary: £28,000 – £40,000 base + Uncapped Commission (up to 50%)

Trust in SODA, part of Trinnovo Group, is hiring experienced 360 recruiters to join our US Technology team, focused on markets such as Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and Product. This is a strategic growth hire, giving you the opportunity to develop and scale a US desk, while leveraging an established brand, existing client relationships and live roles. You’ll have the autonomy to build your own niche within one of the most competitive and rewarding tech markets globally.

You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team with strong cross-brand relationships across Financial Services and AI, giving you access to a wide client network and additional opportunities.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across the US Technology market
  • Building and scaling your own desk within your chosen niche
  • Developing long-term client partnerships across US-based organisations
  • Sourcing, qualifying and engaging high-quality Tech talent
  • Becoming a recognised specialist within your market

This role offers genuine ownership, with a focus on building relationships, developing markets and driving revenue, rather than purely transactional recruitment.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven track record in 360 Technology recruitment
  • Experience billing consistently and managing clients end-to-end
  • Strong commercial mindset and motivation to grow a desk
  • Willingness to work 10:30am – 8:00pm aligned to US markets
  • Ability to work 3 days per week from our Old Street office

Advantageous:

  • Experience or interest in US markets
  • Background in Software, Cloud, DevOps, Data or Product recruitment
