Trust in Soda (part of Trinnovo Group) is hiring for a Recruitment Team Lead to head up our DACH Permanent team, focusing across Data, Cloud, or Security recruitment. You’ll inherit a high-potential team, taking ownership of one of Soda’s most successful teams. This role is ideal for a strong Senior or Principal Recruiter ready to take the next step into leadership, or an experienced Billing Manager looking for more autonomy, opportunity, and upside in one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech markets. You’ll have the freedom to grow the DACH Perm function your way, with immediate delivery support, strong client demand, and the backing of an established brand with AUG and SECO licences already in place.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two, with plans to hire more by next summer.
- Manage your own 360 desk across Data, Cloud, or Security recruitment within the DACH region.
- Drive new business development while reactivating legacy client relationships and accounts.
- Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across contingent and EHS (Embedded Hiring Solutions) models.
- Collaborate with other Soda teams across UK, Ireland, and US to cross-sell opportunities.
- Travel to meet clients and partners across Europe when needed.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record of consistent 360 billings (£200K+ annually).
- Experience recruiting into the DACH or wider European tech markets (Data, Cloud, or Security ideally).
- Strong leadership qualities, either current management experience or ready to take that next step.
- Ability to coach, support, and develop delivery consultants to reach individual and team goals.
- Commercially driven and confident building new relationships across the DACH region.
- German language skills are beneficial but not essential.
