Contract Position – HIRING ASAP
Location: Hybrid in Reading office
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (extension after)
Daily Rate: £650 - £790 per day inside IR35
Summary of what we’re looking for:
The successful candidate will join the Oracle HCM Cloud Programme and will be aligned to the Integration Workstream where they will play a pivotal role in working with our client to complete integration design validation, build, test, and transition support activities. They will be responsible for ensuring delivery milestones are met throughout the HCM implementation ensuring a smooth transition to live operate state.
Key Skills:
- Relevant Waterfall practitioner qualifications required i.e. Prince2
- Demonstrable experience of Waterfall methodologies.
- 8+ years’ experience as a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager.
- Shows a high level of planning aptitude.
- A proven track record of delivery based on required business outcomes.
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation.
- Demonstrable ability to negotiate timelines and reprioritisation of SI implementation activities.
- Experience in using Azure DevOps.
- Ability to develop countermeasures and contingency plans associated with significant project risks.
Functional Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years Oracle HCM SaaS and Oracle E-Business (12.2.9) on premise
- MSP Proficient – Specifically MSP Professional and MSP Online
- Working knowledge of ADO and O365 - SharePoint
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with the integration delivery team, HCM workstream leads, SI Partners, business stakeholders and when required Third Party suppliers.
- Manage integration development lifecycle and deployments to downstream environments.
- Manage HCM Integration design validation and sign offs.
- Contribute to the cutover plan and transition of HCM integrations to BAU support.
- Work with the Integrations Delivery Lead to manage the implementation of critical integrations between HCM OTL and Oracle EBS, HCM Workforce Scheduling and Oracle Field Service.
- Work with the Integrations Delivery Lead to complete deliverable and risk assurance reviews.
- Contribute to the Integration delivery plan specifically tracking of SI implementation activities and deliverables and to manage remediation plan where critical deliveries are at risk.
