Trust in SODA, part of Trinnovo Group, is hiring experienced 360 recruiters to join our UK & Ireland team. This is a strategic growth hire, giving you the opportunity to develop and scale a Technology desk across markets such as Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Product and emerging tech disciplines.
You’ll inherit warm relationships, access inbound roles, and have the autonomy to shape your own niche, while being backed by one of the most recognised brands in Tech recruitment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from business development to deal completion
- Building and scaling your own Technology desk within your chosen niche
- Developing long-term client partnerships across the UK
- Sourcing, qualifying and engaging high-quality Tech talent
- Becoming a recognised market specialist through continuous learning and mentorship
You’ll have real ownership. We encourage client meetings, market mapping, and strategic account development, not just transactional recruitment.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- A proven track record in 360 Technology recruitment
- Experience billing consistently and managing clients end-to-end
- Commercial mindset and motivation to grow your own desk
- Ability to work 3 days per week from our Old Street office
Advantageous:
- Experience recruiting into Software, Cloud, DevOps, Data or Product markets
- Established client relationships within the UK Tech ecosystem
