Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join our Workforce & Organisation / Employee Experience & HR team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale HR transformation programmes, where you’ll combine consulting expertise with hands-on functional and technical skills.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximise the value of their HR technology investments, while shaping solutions that transform the employee experience. If you enjoy working in a collaborative consulting environment, leading workstreams, and delivering measurable impact, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities- Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations (minimum of 3+ full lifecycle projects).
- Provide deep functional knowledge and configuration expertise in at least one SuccessFactors module.
- Support clients in driving HR transformation initiatives, including processes, services, and organisational design.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted partner throughout delivery.
- Contribute to proposition development, helping shape new offerings and solutions.
- Lead small teams or workstreams within broader programmes, ensuring quality outcomes.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, high-quality results.
- Proven end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally across multiple modules.
- Minimum of 3+ full lifecycle implementations.
- Background in consulting (major consultancy or equivalent environment preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, services, and transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while guiding teams and managing client expectations.
- Experience in proposition building and delivery.
