Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Partner Integration Strategy for B2B Payments across BCP.
- Lead end-to-end product integrations with third-party partners, from scoping and technical design through to testing, launch, and operational handover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Strategy, and Sales to align on partner priorities and integration roadmap.
- Establish strong working relationships with external partners, aligning technical capabilities and shared objectives.
- Develop and maintain an integration tracker to provide visibility to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Identify and assess new potential partners for product integration opportunities.
- Represent BCP in partner conversations and act as the single point of accountability for technical integration success.
- Deliver compelling communication to internal and external senior stakeholders, including ExCo, to articulate integration progress and strategic value.
Experience required:
- Proven experience in product management or partner integration within a commercial or B2B payments environment.
- Deep knowledge of commercial cards and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels - including C-suite and external partners - with or without detailed supporting materials.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences.
- High proficiency in process mapping (value stream and technical workflows).
- Recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in accounts payable and B2B payments.
- Experience setting technical specifications and partnering with development teams to build and launch scalable integration solutions.
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams with a collaborative mindset.
